CIRCUIT TRAINING

Our circuit is designed so clients get full body strength training and a cardiovascular workout simultaneously. Busy clients appreciate that their workout can be accomplished in approximately 30 minutes. The circuit intervals are 45 seconds; enough time to do 12-15 reps on our weight machines and allows time for beneficial interval cardio. The weight machines in our circuit are Nautilus machines, which means our clients get a proper weight bearing workout customized to each client’s level of strength and ability. Our fitness instructors are always on the floor, available to assist clients, including setting the weights so that the circuit moves along smoothly and clients are able to concentrate on their workout. Some of the benefits of total-body strength training include increased strength, lean body mass, improved posture and muscle balance, and increased bone density, which helps prevent osteoporosis. Circuit training improves conditioning, body composition, muscular strength, and cardiovascular fitness.

 

 

 

 

PERSONAL TRAINING

Our trainers offer a wide range of workouts customized for each client at her fitness level. Our trainers help our clients get pass weight loss plateaus and onto better fitness.
