We listen to our clients and our class schedule changes monthly depending on requests and instructor availability. Not only do the times change each month but we continually bring in new instructors and new classes. Please continue to check our web site or call for updated schedules.

THE MAJORITY OF OUR CLASSES ARE DESIGNED FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS, EACH STUDENT CAN MAKE THEIR CLASS AS CHALLENGING AS THEY WOULD LIKE.
Butt & Gut - This class is a core workout. Mostly a mat class, expect lunges and squats. If you are ready to firm your legs, rump and tighten your abs this is the perfect conditioning class. Class size limited to 8.
Pilates – This class is a great addition to any work-out. Students will develop core strength, beautiful posture, and lower the risk of back pain by training abdominals to stay engaged during daily activity. Pilates will also improve muscle tone, flexibility and strength. 60 minute class, $6. Class size limited to 6.
Kick Boxing – Are you looking for a total body workout that kicks butt? This class will increase your stamina, flexibility, and strength. Our Kick Boxing combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and cardio. Students will get an entire body conditioning and toning workout. If you want a high energy class, this is it! 60 minute class Class size limited to 6.
Core & Cardio – BOSU Class; this class is not only a great way to tone your butt and flatten your abs it is also a great calorie burner. This class is a perfect addition to any workout routine. 60 min class. Class size limited to 6.
Chair – Chair exercise class is designed for individuals who may not be able to work out on the traditional weight machines. This class is perfect for clients with balance or weakness concerns, or for those recuperating from surgery or other rehabilitation situations. Exercises, including the use of hand weights, legs bands, fit balls, and stretches are all performed in the safety of a stable chair. 30 minute class, $2.50 per class. Class size limited to 8.
Boot Camp – This class is machine and interval based. When you come to class you can expect full body weight training and cardio. Interval times will vary each week as well as the cardio exercises. If you need to burn some serious calories and tone your body, this is your class. We will start and finish the session with your picture, taking your measurements and weight, so you can see your body transforming! Expect serious results from this class. $6 per class – paid up front for 6 week sessions, we pro-rate for clients starting mid-session.
Intervals – If you are ready to burn some calories and work up a sweat, this is your class. Students in Intervals typically burn between 500 and 700 calories (in 30 minutes) while toning and strengthening muscles. If you are trying to lose some weight, or would like to try some free weights, this is the perfect class. Intervals class includes high reps, low weights, with intervals of cardio in-between. This class moves fast and so does the time. 30 minute class Come early to warm up on a cardio machine., members. Class size limited to 8.
Toning - Free weights, bands and steps are used for this low impact class. You can expect total body strength training with low impact cardio. This is ideal for the woman short on time. Great addition to any workout. Class size is limited to 5.
